As the founder and CEO of FortressIQ (acquired by Automation Anywhere), he helped pioneer AI-driven process discovery at scale developing the industry’s first cloud-native platform to bring automation and governance together. After the acquisition, he served as Executive Vice President at Automation Anywhere, overseeing product, engineering, data science, and GTM for their next-gen automation platform.
Pankaj’s career has included critical leadership roles at Genpact, where he built and led AI capabilities within the digital group, and Third Pillar Systems, where he successfully transitioned the company to a SaaS model before its acquisition. His expertise spans enterprise AI, automation, digital transformation, and scaling product-led organizations.
As an Advisory Board Member at EvoXvantage, Pankaj brings rare startup-to-scale experience in building disruptive platforms, executing go-to-market strategies, and architecting intelligent operations.
