Scott Fogle is a visionary technology leader, entrepreneur, and growth strategist with over 30 years of experience in driving IT transformation and value realization for enterprises. He is best known as the Co-Founder and former Co-CEO of Advocate, a pioneering firm in Technology Business Management (TBM), which was acquired by Accenture in 2022. Most recently, Scott served as Managing Director at Accenture, where he co-led the Tech Value practice, helping CIOs and technology leaders deliver business impact through strategic IT alignment.
Throughout his career, Scott has held executive roles across tech, telecom, and consulting, including leadership positions at RapidLink, Dantis, Scientific-Atlanta, and NCR. His expertise spans IT financial management, cloud strategy, AI/ML, FinOps, and managed services making him a rare hybrid of business strategist and tech operator.
